  Rude, Rude, Rude, uncaring, disrespectful!
  The woman who answered the phone when I called actually hung up on me because I called after business hours. I was told by the coroner the mortuary is open 24 hours a day. I didn't know,...I was grieving the loss of my Mother Mary Frances . Her husband, Don Bockstadter, made all the arrangements and told Infinity Hospice Care not to notify him or her daughters when our Mother passed, which was weird enough in itself.

  I am saddened to write about the awful experience my family and I experienced at Lee Funeral home. From the very start to the bitter end we had nothing but aggression, lies and anything but compassion from the staff at Lee Funeral home. Such a difficult situation was only made more difficult by the battle we experienced from the staff. Threats not to give personal property, treating us like we were inconveniencing them and the "bouncer" and his threatening behavior and hostile aggression was too much. Please, if you have lost a love one, do not allow this establishment to help you with the difficult arrangements of the funeral.
